ATS 4.0 is the series of professional furnaces that contains all Mappi International technology; their use guarantees great production and quality results through innovative solutions that meet the most demanding market demands.

ATS 4.0 has dimensions from 1500 × 3800 mm to 3300 × 6000 mm, and is also available in customizable sizes. The ATS 4.0 series tempers glass with the highest optical and flatness standards, thanks to cutting-edge technologies that manage the tempering processes. ATS 4.0 increases productivity in a virtually continuous cycle with no downtime for regulating operating temperatures and most of the operating parameters.

Fox is a series of compact furnaces, with loading dimensions starting from 1050×2300 mm, designed for the needs of medium-small glassworks. Despite its small size, each machine of the Fox series has the most advanced features offered by technology in the sector, and guarantees high quality and cost-effectiveness even in the processing of small series.

Each oven of the Fox series limits energy consumption through the use of numerous exclusive Mappi solutions such as MHS (Multizone Heating System), AC (Advanced Cooling), ESS (Energy Saving System).

Lamina is a machine for laminating flat glass with EVA

The oven consists of a heating chamber where the housing is provided for a plane or a Multi- Storage system for increased production.
The glass loading and unloading system works by extracting the plane of an outer rail or through the use of a hydraulic platform for the Multi- Storage system.

An integral part of the system is an oil vacuum pump, connected to the silicone bag on the plane, by means of high temperature resistant
silicone tubing and related attachments to make the vacuum required for the lamination of glass.

Inside the heating chamber, the thermal cycle occurs through a hot air convection system which distributes the heat evenly throughout the chamber and across the surface of glass.

Lammiflex is a machine for laminating flat glass with PVB and EVA

The oven consists of a heating chamber where the housing is provided for five independent planes on which to lay the glass, also of varying thickness, as well as the curved glass.

The glass loading and unloading system works by extracting individual planes using a hydraulic platform. As an option, a storage structure is also provided on which to place five additional floors to optimize the loading and unloading of the glass and increase productivity.

An integral part of the system is a double oil vacuum pump, connected to silicone bags at each individual plane, by means of high temperature resistant silicone tubing and related attachments to create the vacuum required for the lamination of glass, as well as the vacuum inside the oven. Inside the heating chamber, the thermal cycle occurs through a hot air convection system which distributes the heat evenly throughout the chamber
