Thanks to the modular structure, GlassInspector can be adapted to any double-glazing line, as well as integrated with further modules to cover greater heights, even after installation. Installation is quick and requires no changes to the line, use is simple and requires no changes to the production process, maintenance is limited to cleaning the components.
Thanks to the simple and rational user interface, the system allows you to customize the level of quality with which to evaluate the defects, adapting perfectly to the needs of each customer. The inspection results are displayed in a clear and easily understandable manner, using colors to differentiate the severity of the defects, together with their location and photograph.

Q plus is a revolutionary scanner that sets a new standard in flat glass quality assessment processes. The innovative technology developed by Deltamax performs with a single unit those controls previously carried out by two separate systems, without slowing down the processing speed of the line.
Made with a different inspection technology, significantly increasing the ability to detect surface defects such as the notorious halos, poorly contrasted spots, scratches, suction cup imprints in laminated glass, roller streaks in tempered glass.
Q Plus is based on GlassInspector technology, whose reliability has been refined over the years, and on its simple, intuitive and rational graphical interface.

Deltamax has developed EVO, the most versatile and complete solution for flat glass inspection, which can be easily adapted to any production line to perform accurate checks, even combined: in fact, for example, the detection of defects can be associated with the control of the screen printing, the shape, the dimensions of the slab or its processing.
The interfacing with the production line or with the most varied ERP software allows EVO to become an integral part of the production line, increasing its automation.
A standard but highly customizable solution: it seems a contradiction, instead it is the description that best suits EVO, a system capable of adapting to the most diverse needs in terms of defect detection by changing the number and type of cameras or illuminator, but at the same time based on tested and robust software, which thanks to a series of parameters allows each customer to set different quality levels.

With IGU Scanner, Deltamax is now able to supply a versatile system, which allows to control single, double or triple chamber glazing.
IGU scanner is the result of an intense study of the components, which allows the inspection of double glazing with thicknesses up to 80mm - triple chamber, automatically, without any intervention on the system parameters. In addition to glass defects, the system can verify the correct positioning of the spacer, and in the presence of an adequate line, also the positioning of the stringers.
Installed before the sealing machine, it allows a final, objective quality control, with reports for the end customer or traceability management to respond to any disputes.

Modern insulating glass production lines always require higher levels of automation, capable of reducing human error and cycle times at the same time: following this concept, Deltamax has developed Profiler, a scanner capable of detecting the dimensions and shape of the glass. Thanks to the dedicated transport that allows great precision, the system can then compare the detected slab with the one foreseen by the production plan and consequently send the correct information to the production line.

Anticipating the identification of non-recoverable defects to increase the benefits deriving from the reduction of waste in line: this is the ambitious goal that Deltamax has achieved with the creation of OPT, the innovative scanner intended to revolutionize the transformation processes of flat glass. Operating on unwashed sheets, OPT can check both monolithic and laminated glass, detecting structural defects before executing the cut, which can then be modified to minimize the rejected glass surface.

FROG (Fragment Recognizer On Glass) is the solution to simplify and speed up the control of fragmentation: it recognizes, counts, analyzes and classifies glass fragments, archiving the images and the processed results to produce customized reports or other documentation (for example photographic).
