The vertical washing machine is one of Forel's most versatile and popular solutions. The "Residential" version is available in two models, which correspond to two different maximum formats (4,000x2,000 mm and 4,500x2,500 mm) with a capacity of up to 200 kg per linear meter and 40 mm thick. The washing machine is equipped with 6 brushes of 200 mm in diameter. Thanks to its exclusive devices, the washing machine can always guarantee accurate and precise washing.

The vertical edging machine is one of the most popular in the Forel range, it is a solution for processing the edge of monolithic and laminated glass sheets. It can be used in a line for double glazing, as a perimeter line, to feed a tempering furnace or even as a "stand alone". The vertical edger can perform three different processes: curling, grinding, polishing. Thanks to the various technological devices adopted, it guarantees total stability and high processing speed during the various processes. It can also process low-e glass without damaging the coating.

With two opposing heads and equipped with two systems of suction cups (fixed and adjustable), for an optimal seal of the glass during processing. The two operating heads are independent and are equipped with an automatic tool change system, with 6 + 8 positions. Supplied with: 14 cones, 2 drills (diameter 10 mm), 2 drills (diameter 20 mm), 1 combined cutter.

The manual butyl applicator has been designed to respond correctly to the strictest regulations concerning the initial sealing. The touch screen control unit allows you to set the desired butyl grammage per linear metre. This is then dispensed by two extrusion nozzles through two separate dispensers, which characterize the uniqueness of the system and guarantee perfect homogeneity along the entire perimeter.

The Automatic spacer bending machine can manage different types of spacers, perfectly calibrating each single bend, through a dedicated software.
It is fed by a 12-position storage which, in addition to optimizing spacer handling, can be used for trimming management.
The cut is performed by a special blade made by Forel, capable of ensuring precise and clean processing, but also a long life. Furthermore, the blade guarantees an effective cut on all types of spacer (aluminum, plastic, etc.)

The module has been developed to quickly and safely manage glass stocks by minimizing operator handling. Usually installed in front of the vertical cutting line, this module allows continuous cutting of various laminated glass. The stock selector is optimized to select glass scheduled for production and automatically positions and repositions the appropriate racks. Glass stock inventory can be managed via the on-board PC and can be linked to production control software.

The automatic loader loads large format slabs directly on the cutting line. At the beginning of the loading process an independently driven suction cup creates a gap between the first and second glass plate. After this step, compressed air is injected into the space to ensure complete separation. The loader is fully integrated into the cutting line software allowing you to automate the loading process.

The Vertical cutting Line was specifically designed to reduce floor space, maximize production and take advantage of automation. Equipped with two cutting bridges, the line is capable of processing laminated glass configured up to 8 mm glass + 4.56 mm PVB interlayer + 8 mm glass, with a maximum glass plate size of 6000 mm x 3300mm. The line can be managed by a single operator.

Automatic glass plate handling and handling system, to optimize the production flow inside the glass factory. The Forel Sorting System, thanks to its modularity, can easily fit into pre‐existing processing lines, offering an increase in productivity while respecting product quality and in complete safety.

The lamination line for laminated glass has been designed for the lamination with PVB and SentryGlas® of flat glass with different sizes, shapes and types of glass for a miscellaneous production. It is made up of a loading area, washing (washing machine equipped with a glass thickness self-learning device), transfer, film positioning, coupling (with an automatic plate centering system), heating, pressing and unloading. The line can also be implemented with an external 8-station rotary magazine for PVB rolls, complete with table and semi-automatic cutter.

Enriched in the 2019 version with a series of innovations, it has a single glass capacity of 200 kg per linear meter and 400 kg for assembled glass. Equipped with a gas-filled multi-stage press and new-concept sealers, capable of supporting the panel (even if triple or staggered) in all processing phases.

To meet the growing demand for insulating glass in Jumbo format and beyond, Forel has created the special “No Limits” insulating glass line, capable of processing panels up to 15 meters long by 3300 mm in height, with a capacity of up to 350 kg per meter linear for single glass and 550 kg for the assembled panel.
