Removing scratches from glass is an ever-present problem and a difficult one to solve for glass producers. Before GForce, scratches could only be removed from the glass by working on the surface and creating a distortion (bubble, lens…) which made the quality of the glass itself unacceptable.

With the GForce glass scratch removal system it is possible to eliminate the scratch from the glass without creating distortion. The basic technique does not remove the glass from the surface, but uses heat and friction to smooth out the damage, together with some Glasweld-tested products such as Scratch Remover Paste and Polishing Paste, thus allowing scratched glass to be repaired without leaving trace of the intervention.

Glasweld GForce is able to solve all the problems of deep and clearly visible scratches typical of glass production. This portable system works on all types of glass: float glass, laminated glass and tempered glass and it is easy to use. Most sratches can be removed in a couple of minutes.

The GForce is also ideal for use in bodyshops with professional windshield repair kits which include products to remove scratches from the windshield and polish car windshield in a professional manner.
