Helantec has its origins in the gas analysis. Thanks to gas knowledge, their behaviour and their characteristics, the company has developed an ample range of products an solutions for a variety of applications, among which devices for gas filling in IGUs (Argon, Kripton, Xeno).
Besides offering an apmple variety of devices for gas filling in IGUs, Helantec answers to their clients needs by offering all sorts of supplementary products specifically developed, i.e., Glass Meter, a device that measures glass thickness. Glass Meter is a glass feeler gauge that allows the measuring of the thickness of single glasses, the total thickness and the thickness of the cavity.
Helantec is forefront also when it comes to gas compensation in IGUs. When you transport an IGU from the place of production to a higher altitude for installation, the gas inside will expand due to a lower pressure. A higher pressure will develop in the cavity, this pressure will bend the glass and put a strain on the glues on the edge. Thanks to Iso Altimeter by Helantec it’s possible to balance the gas pressure inside the IGU between the place of production and the place of installation, avoiding damages and bending of the glass.
These systems, technically sophisticated and innovative, are characterized by a long life and offer a sustainable and competitive advantage.
