Helantec Iso-Altimeter
The pressure compensation system, Iso-Altimeter, manages the compensation in a short time and allows the production of insulating glass to be installed at different altitudes from the production site. The device allows you to avoid further interventions in the installation site.
Intuitive operation via touch screen, clear user guidance and versatile functions are just some of the features that distinguish the Iso-Altimeter.
To achieve short cycles, a conversion was made to a completely new technology that allows pressure balancing to be carried out with maximum precision and in the shortest possible time. To avoid operational errors, all data required for pressure compensation is automatically loaded from a list. The most efficient procedure is to scan a barcode on the drive.
If the production is located at a higher altitude than the installation site with the pressure compensation system it is also possible to balance the pressure of the double glazing units. For this operation, only a gas cylinder (compressed air, argon or krypton) is needed, to generate overpressure in the double glazing.
Suitable for double-glazed and triple-glazed insulating glass and also for special formats.
The system processes data exported from each order processing software program and automatically documents each pressure compensated unit.
Furthermore, data transmission, remote data consultation and remote maintenance via network connection are possible.

SparkLike technology
SparkLike is the only manufacturer in the world of non-invasive gas analyzers with TDLAS laser technology.
To meet industry standards and keep pace with rapid developments in cutting-edge glass manufacturing, SparkLike has also developed new technology based on the use of laser for high-performance gas measurement.
The double glazing manufacturer must guarantee the quality of the glazing and the minimum gas percentage required, which is why manufacturers ask for gas analyzers that can be easily moved, not only within the factory, but also on construction sites. These devices for non-invasive glass control are increasingly necessary to guarantee control of the percentage inside the glass of all the panels produced. It is possible to have a printout with the real gas percentage of each individual panel in the glassworks and on site.
This is because with SparkLike technology the insulating glass is not drilled or broken, but is measured with the laser, maintaining the integrity of the product.
